REGISTRATION (Important)

To be eligible for the P2HD 5 Year Warranty Program, you simply register your P2HD product at http://panasonic.biz/sav/pass_e and complete the on-line customer profile and product information requested.
Once registered, you will receive registration confirmation via e-mail. You must register within 30days of purchase. Please keep your receipt of purchase to prove date of purchase.

Benefits

  1. Receive Free Extended Warranty up to 5 Year.
  2. Identification of your P2HD current software levels and advisory of necessary software updates is easy by connecting your P2HD product to your laptop or PC via USB 2.0 port and then connecting to http://panaonic.biz/sav/pass_e
  3. Free update software can be download to your PC and copied to your P2HD via an SD memory card.
  4. Manage all your P2HD units using the Panasonic PASS (P2 Asset Support System)
  5. Check your hour meter and service history of each unit.

5 Year Warranty = 1 Year Regular Warranty* + 4 Year Extended Warranty

*Regular Warranty period will vary depending on country.

5 Year or 5,000 Hour operation whichever comes first.

  • If a unit is physically and comprehensively broken. The repair needs attention from several areas.
  • Unit broken after attempted repair by non-qualified personnel.
  • Delay to pay a fee in case of out warranty repair.
  • When a repair ordered unit shows no problem at our repair centre.
  • Delay due to through customs or any other transportation matters.
